We want to know your opinion in 2009 too!

In 2008, we conducted our first worldwide Customer Satisfaction Survey. Your input was tremendously valuable for our company. Response has been evaluated and initiatives have been started to reach a higher level of customer satisfaction. In order to measure our progress, the customer survey will be conducted annually. This means that the next survey will be held in February 2009. For the upcoming survey we would like to invite other important stakeholders, such as surveyors and agents alongside our customers, as they play and important role in our business as well. Your opinion is extremely important to us, with your help we can anticipate your needs and requests even better!
