Frequently Asked Questions

How can I book a truck loading slot at Vopak Botlek, Chemiehaven and TTR?
To book a slot we have developed an internet based slot booking system, SBS. After you have sent your nomination to the customer service department and it has been entered into our system it is possible to book a slot. With SBS the haulier can book a loading slot, with a reference number and product name. The system gives an overview of all available slots. It is possible for a haulier to make a booking two weeks in advance as long as the order is registered in our system.
Please contact your customer service representative. Click here for contact details.

How can the haulier get access to the Slot Booking System?
The haulier can create an account by contacting your customer service representative. Click here for contact details.

Can I, as a customer, also get access to the Slot Booking System?
As a customer it is possible to get a SBS account. This account will allow you to:
Get an overview status of (un)booked slots
Book a slot for (un)loading a truck and link it to a haulier (haulier must already have a sbs account). As we want to use our loading facilities as optimal as possible, please make sure that you only book a slot when you know the haulier is available at that time.
Cancel a slot booking that is already made (either by the haulier or by you)
Change times of already booked slots (either by the haulier or by you)
Change your profile and contact information
Contact the Vopak slotplanning by email

If you don’t have an account yet, please fill out the form and press the ‘send request’ button. Click here for the aplication form. An account will be created and as soon as your account(s) is ready you’ll receive an email with the log on details. For security reasons you need your Vopak Customer number to create an account.
